July 4th Healthy Fun Facts
We’re going to be having fun, barbequing and hanging out with family. I wanted to give you some healthy tips right now because if you start today you have 1-2 days to build your body up and get ready.
There are natural things we can do between now and then, like deep breathing, exercising and hydrating.
If you plan on drinking this week I want to encourage you to start hydrating now. Over consuming water, plan on half your body weight in ounces of water.
Remember you’ll be out in the sun, a short amount of time in the sun is fine but make sure to bring your suntan lotion.
Start practicing some balance experts, like standing on one leg. This will help with your balance, exercise, brain, and mind-body thoughtfulness.
